Shipping is a flat $4.99 for all orders    


Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Personalized or custom orders cannot be returned or refunded.  

Shipping Policy


We can ship to virtually any address in the world (international buyers please contact us before ordering) and typically ship within 48 hours Mon-Fri. We are located in Texas so the items we ship will arrive usually within 3-5 business days anywhere in the US.  98% of the time we ship using USPS, occassionally if your order is heavy we will ship Fed Ex or UPS. Free shipping will be sent parcel post.  If you need your items quicker please let us know and we will try to expedite your order.  When we ship your item you will receive a tracking number.  Use this number to follow your package from drop off to delivery.  If an item is lost we will send another or offer a refund as we take full responsibility for your items until they are delivered. If the package is marked delivered we cannot offer you a refund if you say it was not delivered. We rely on tracking to ensure orders get to where they need to go and tracking is how we do it.  If it is marked delivered and you are sure it wasn't please contact your local post office right away.
